Keith Cunningham, PMP joins M&J Engineers

Keith CunninghamIt gives me great pleasure to announce that Mr. Keith Cunningham has joined our firm as a Project Manager.

Mr. Cunningham is currently a member of LI-Chapter of Project Managers, he is also a (SME) Subject Matter Expert for NICET, and an adjunct professor at SUNY Old-Westbury. His under graduate degrees are in Engineering Science, and Management, and he completed his Master's Degree in Project Management, followed by Post-Graduate studies in Organizational Behavior.

Mr. Cunningham has worked for thirty plus years as a Project Manager in the civil engineering industry. He is an experienced Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Office Engineer, and Chief Inspector for numerous multimillion dollar infrastructure projects. Many of these projects include transportation, highway, bridge, airport and building reconstruction.

Mr. Cunningham's project expertise includes value engineering, scheduling, risk analysis, and procurement. He is a diversified manager with various high level certifications, including; NICET, PMI, ACI, and, and, is licensed with NYS-Financial Department. Also, Keith has achieved the revered Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

He served as an Assistant Resident Engineer on the $80 million reconstruction of three bridges on the Henry Hudson Pkwy, for MTA B&T. He also served as an Assistant Resident and Chief Inspector on the $75 million Bascule Bridge reconstruction and the adjoining roadway approaches for the NYSDOT, followed by the $147 million construction of the FDR Drive roadway on grade between 53rd and 56th for the NYSDOT.

In addition he was a Quality Assurance manager for the $272 million reconstruction of Route 9A, and construction of WTC infrastructure and the Financial Center Frontage for the PANYNJ followed by the $35 million Robert Moses Causeway retrofit of super-structure and supports project in Suffolk County

Mr. Cunningham was also the Chief inspector on the $60 million L.I.E (HOV) project between Commack Road and Route 110 for the NYSDOT.
