M&J takes pride in its employees; therefore we train our employees before sending them into the field. To maximize performance, all receive personal attention in house. But the company supplements these internal efforts by paying for any additional courses and professional classes an employee needs. OSHA certification is available for all employees through a class taught by an M&J employee certified to teach through OSHA.
