It gives me great pleasure to announce that Dr. Haralambos (Bob) V. Vasiliadis has joined our firm as Senior Vice President.

Dr. Vasiliadis has over 28 years of professional, academic and research experience and has served as Senior Technical Advisor, Senior Environmental Compliance Professional, Project Manager, or as Senior Environmental Engineer and Hygienist on various GSA, NYNJPA, NYSDOT, MTA, NYCDOT, NYCDEP, etc., major infrastructure projects in NYC.

Dr. Vasiliadis expertise is in a) performing environmental audits, ambient and indoor air quality modeling and monitoring, environmental, community and occupational noise monitoring and control, quality assurance and quality control, environmental sampling and remediation, hygiene exposure assessments and control, and management of hazardous waste and materials, b) planning of water resources and environmental systems to ensure compliance with all pertaining financial, technical, legal aspects  and commitments, c) designing of water supply and wastewater collection and treatment systems and flood control structures, d) stochastically analyzing water resources and environmental systems in order to optimize their overall performance,  e) certifying environmental, hygiene and safety compliance with all applicable codes, regulations and specifications, and f) conducting research in optimization models and extreme events risk analysis. Dr. Vasiliadis is currently an Adjunct Professor of Civil and Urban Engineering of New York University (NYU) Tandon School of Engineering since 1991 and an Adjunct (full) Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at City College of the City University of New York (CCNY-CUNY) since 1994. Currently, he has completed a research project in Flooding Risks on Wastewater Infrastructures as a Research Professor of NYU for a New York State (NYS) funded research project administered by the New York State – Resiliency Institute for Storms ad Emergencies (NYS-RISE). Among many honors, in 1991 he received the Outstanding Water Resources Dissertation Award in the Field of Engineering and Physical Sciences by the Universities Council on Water Resources (UCOWR) for his doctoral thesis. Dr. Vasiliadis is a diplomate member (board certified) of many prestigious American academies.
