Maqsood Malik, P.E., serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic leadership for transportation, infrastructure, construction management, and engineering programs throughout the United States. With more than 30 years of experience, he oversees organizational growth, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of complex public infrastructure initiatives. As founder of the firm, Maqsood has guided its evolution from a small startup into a multidisciplinary organization supporting transportation, transit, aviation, resiliency, and public works programs for local, state, federal, and private-sector clients.

Maqsood specializes in transportation infrastructure, bridge and highway engineering, construction management, quality assurance, and alternative project delivery. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams on major rail, roadway, bridge, tunnel, and transit programs, including some of the region’s most transformative transportation investments. He is recognized for his ability to align technical requirements, stakeholder priorities, business objectives, and operational execution to deliver practical solutions that advance project success while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration.

Maqsood earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in numerous states across the United States and maintains professional credentials internationally. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and remains actively engaged in advancing the engineering profession. Throughout his career, Maqsood has been recognized for his leadership, entrepreneurship, and contributions to the industry, including being named Best Businessperson of the Year, inducted into the Long Island Business News Hall of Fame, and recognized as a HERALD Top Chief Officers Honoree. Under his leadership, the organization has also received numerous industry awards for engineering excellence, innovation, and workplace culture. Maqsood is respected for his visionary leadership, commitment to authenticity, and ability to build high-performing teams that deliver lasting value to clients, communities, and the infrastructure they depend upon.
