Our Team

Ms. Siddique has over 23 years of experience in leading complex, multi‐disciplinary medium to large scale projects successfully from start-up to close-out on time and within budget. She is a technical lead in water, wastewater and stormwater services and has provided services to numerous public and private sector clients under multiple assignments and multiple year contracts in FL and NY. Her utilities infrastructure project experience spans through water and sewer authorities for various counties, cities, ports, airports, institutions and site development clients. She has managed numerous projects involving water, wastewater, stormwater, environmental, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and roadways.

Ms. Siddique has in-depth knowledge of design standards, permitting requirements, O&M protocols, and constructability considerations. She has successfully implemented schedule management; budget management; resource management; communication protocols with Client, project team and stakeholders; risk assessment and avoidance measurements; and all the necessary management tasks necessary to complete contract requirements and meeting Client’s goal for each contract. Project tasks for these Clients have included design; permitting; bid and award; and construction administration services. Ms. Siddique has proven experience in delivering both traditional design-bid-build and design-build projects. She is thoroughly familiar with all type of construction methods to successfully deliver new and rehabilitation infrastructure projects.

Ms. Siddique is a licensed professional engineer in the States of Florida, New York and Illinois. She is also an Envision Sustainability Professional.
