US Navy Awarded M&J Engineering $50B SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) IDIQ Contract


Arlington, Virginia – M&J Engineering, P.C’s (M&J) Federal Group led by Asad Malik, SVP is pleased to announce its award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $50B ceiling value under the SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) multiple-award contract vehicle. The work solicited by the Government under SeaPort-NxG will fall under two categories (engineering support services and program management support services), which are further divided into 23 functional areas. The contract has a five-year base period of performance with an additional five-year ordering period option. M&J looks forward to supporting the various Department of Navy activities and their support service requirements. M&J is a diverse provider of engineering and technical services, the firm operates 9 offices throughout the US and one international office.

About SeaPort NxG
The Navy Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command and the United States Marine Corps will compete their service requirements among SeaPort-NxG IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-NxG portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-NxG platform.
