This project is for the world class National Security Agency (NSA) Cyber Command HQ ECB-2. This is a complex MILCON Design Build (DB) project that consist of the construction of 122 multi-story Office Space, Operations Centers along with supporting infrastructure. The facilities will be multi-level structures that includes a 24-hour, 7 days per week operations floor with battle bridges, collaboration areas and other operations activities areas.
M&J provided Construction Quality Assurance activities, ensuring contractor compliance with contract and specification requirements, and performing design and constructability reviews on contractor design submissions. Construction Cost: $700 Million
