Mr. Pozotrigo is the Executive Vice President and Director of Construction Management for M&J. He is a highly respected Chief Construction Manager having served on some of the largest NYSDOT projects in New York City. As an experienced manager, Mr. Pozotrigo has in-depth experience leading a large construction management/inspection group for the past thirty-five years.

Currently, he is serving as the Resident Engineer for the $360 million NYSDOT Kew Gardens Interchange Phase 4 Design/Build project. In addition to the current contract, he has served on various NYSDOT projects including the Reconstruction of three bridges in Kingston, NY; and most notably the $420 million Alexander Hamilton Bridge Rehabilitation (AHB) project, which was the largest single NYSDOT contract ever awarded at its time.

Prior work also included the $140 million FDR Reconstruction (E. 53rd to E. 64th Street) in Manhattan. This highly complex construction included the demolition of the middle deck section of a three-deck structure under live traffic. Many innovative technologies were applied including the use of a diamond wire saw cutter for the 27” thick deck slab and the construction of a 1 KM relief structure on the East River requiring extensive marine construction. The project was completed on-schedule and within budget. In addition, prior work also included various segments of the Route 9A reconstruction in Manhattan involving over $90 Million in construction.

In addition to his extensive technical experience on difficult urban freeway projects involving extensive live maintenance of protection treatments, he has also provided Value Engineering and Constructability Review services for NYSDOT, NYCDOT, Port Authority of NY&NJ, and MTA Bridges & Tunnels.

He served as Resident Engineer on three (3) projects that received the Project of the Year award by the American Society of Civil Engineer and several of his projects were featured on the cover page of the Engineering News Record (ENR).
