Our Team

Mr. Malik serves as Chief Technology Officer / Vice President, U.S. Federal Markets. In addition Mr. Malik is also the Mentor Protégé manager for the new M&J-CH2M partnership for M&J internationally. Mr. Malik is also the regional manager in charge of the Virginia and Washington, D.C. offices and manages all projects and relationships with government clients in this region.

Mr. Malik is also the firm’s Chief Technology Officer, and is leading all R&D pursuits for the firm. In addition to this he serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. Mr. Malik previously served as the Vice President of Operations. Mr. Malik has developed relationships with the Department of Defense - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Navy: Office of Naval Research (ONR), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Naval Air Systems Command (Navair), Department of Interior (DOI), Department of Homeland Security-Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Metro Washington Airport Authority (MWAA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Mr. Malik has also expanded the firm's services into Aerospace Engineering, Naval Architecture, Water Resources and Environmental engineering, Seismic consulting and Blast engineering. Furthermore, he continues to expand the firm's clientele by emerging into new technology markets through mergers, acquisitions, and key hires. Mr. Malik is also in charge of developing, the firm’s corporate strategic plan that is approved by the Board of Directors, and implemented and executed by all of the firm's corporate officers, and branch managers.

Mr. Malik is also leading all pursuits with Public and Private Partnerships through New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Washington D.C. Aside from his corporate duties he is a diver and is a member of numerous organizations, such as the Society of American Military Engineers-Dinner & Dance Committee Member, and the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, and Japan. He formally served the American Society of Civil Engineers Long Island Branch as Vice President.
