With years of industry experience, Mohammad H. Malik brings well-rounded expertise and knowledge of field and office operations to M&J. Mohammad’s notable personal experience includes rehabilitation of complex projects such as $236M+ Queens Midtown Tunnel and $11M+ NYS 6 Bridges. As Vice President of Management & Operations, Mohammad is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, defining the culture, promoting a safe and healthy work environment, and client engagement, to support the continuous growth of the firm. Prior to the firm’s inception, Mohammad journeyed through the industry’s ranks as a field engineer and project manager. He has worked on a wide range of projects and markets in various capacities, which includes clients such as TBTA and NYSDOT with a keen focus on maintaining excellence in customer relations. Mohammad’s, professional affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers and American Concrete Institute. He earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Hofstra University. He also holds a variety of certifications from Columbia University, ACI and OSHA in topics such as, hazard communication, fire prevention, excavations, cranes, OSHA construction standards for compliance, Project Management and more. In addition, he’s a certified Radiation Safety Officer. Mohammad’s business expertise and knowledge of every phase of the construction process makes him a valued asset to M&J and his dedication and understanding of client needs aims to further solidify the organization’s core ideology and values to elevate M&J in continuous adaption to changing market conditions, increased revenue growth and organizational performance.
