Mohsen Zargarelahi, P.E., ENV SP. has over 37 years of experience, Mohsen is a former New York City Department of Design and Construction Associate Commissioner. His area of expertise includes design and management of a wide variety of both city and federally funded infrastructure capital projects for roadways, sewers, water mains, step streets, plazas, and green infrastructure.
